White Polyester Felt – Medium-Firm Density Industrial Felt by the Yard

This white polyester felt is a thin, medium firm density synthetic felt designed for general-purpose industrial, commercial, and fabrication applications. Measuring 6.35mm 3/16 inch thick and 72 inch wide, this material is ideal for projects that require a lightweight yet durable felt in a clean white finish.

Made from synthetic polyester fibers, this felt offers a cost-effective alternative to SAE pressed wool felt while providing consistent thickness, flexibility, and performance. It is commonly used for automotive anti-squeak pads, anti-vibration pads, washers, spacers, liners, protective layers, and kiss-cut felt applications.

This material weighs 48 oz. per square yard / 1628 GSM and is available by the yard with a 2-yard minimum purchase. Polyester felt can withstand temperatures up to 300°F, compared to approximately 200°F for SAE pressed wool felt, making it a practical option for many light-duty industrial and manufacturing applications
