Eco-Felt is an eco-friendly, 100% tan wool felt made exclusively for The Felt Company. This natural wool felt is washed, needle punched, and pressed to thickness without added dyes or post-processing, making it a practical choice for industrial padding, protective lining, insulation, sound deadening, packing, and general felt applications.

Available in thicknesses from 1/8" to 1" and 60" wide rolls, Eco-Felt offers a cost-effective alternative to SAE wool felt in comparable densities. It is also naturally flame retardant, reducing the need for additional treatments commonly required by synthetic or plant-based materials. Eco-Felt is not recommended or warranted for architectural use.

*Depending on density, Eco-Felt costs 5-15% less than SAE grey felts (F-3, F-7), and 40-45% less than SAE white felts (F-1, F-5, and F-10).
