White Polyester Felt – Firm Density Industrial Felt by the Yard

This white polyester felt is a firm-density synthetic felt designed for general-purpose industrial, commercial, and fabrication applications. Measuring 1/8" thick / 3.18mm and 72" wide, this material provides a durable, lower-cost alternative to SAE pressed wool felt while offering consistent thickness, structure, and performance.

Made from synthetic polyester fibers, this felt is ideal for applications that require cushioning, padding, spacing, surface protection, or clean white felt material in wider widths. Common uses include anti-squeak pads, anti-vibration pads, washers, gaskets, lining, die-cut parts, kiss-cut applications, and industrial fabrication.

This felt weighs 32 oz. per square yard / 1085 GSM and is available by the yard with a 3-yard minimum purchase. Polyester felt can withstand temperatures up to 300°F, compared to approximately 200°F for SAE pressed wool felts, making it a practical option for many applications where synthetic felt is preferred.
